Members of Amazon's indigenous communities assembled at local educational institution for the opening of a complementary People's Summit.

Images showed attendees dancing, chanting and mingling at the occasion, on the campus of the Federal University of Para, just a short distance from the summit venue where the international climate talks is being held.
